    Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    Provide personnel, expertise, operations research analytical software and tools, management, materials, equipment and facilities (not otherwise provided by the Government) necessary to conduct operations research of NSW student continuum from initial civilian interest through SEAL and SWCC qualification.

     

    Job Duties:  

    Effectively communicate orally and in writing with senior military officers and civilian managers in the performance of ORSA duties. NOTE: The Government will not provide any materials, supplies and equipment for executing described tasking associated with ORSA tasking. Contractor is responsible for providing all materials, supplies and equipment.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Operations Research, Operations Analysis, mathematics, engineering, computer science, physics, or related field
    • Three or more years of recent experience OR analysis gained within the past five years
    • Experience using SPSS and/or other similar statistical software
    • Experience in database integration, candidate/student survey development, and marketing
    • SECRET Clearance
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    • Prior experience working in the NSW or SOF community
