    Job Description:


    ISPA Technology, LLC. (ISPA) is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support proposal development and business development activities. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the entire process from pre to post-RFP stages of all proposals. This will include leveraging experience in support of capture and proposal management for developing proposals and improving win probability.


    Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

    • Work with the Proposal Manager to develop proposal management documents including but not limited to compliance matrix, outlines, proposal templates, schedules, kick-off presentations, contracts list information, and review preparation
    • Will perform as the exchange between proposal technical writers/authors and any production personnel for proposal development, coordination between drafts, graphics, capture meetings, reviews, and review recovery.
    • Prepare and administer SharePoint proposal workspaces for proposal development team. Utilize proposal libraries to assist with finding and incorporating reusable material as requested by any of the proposal development team.
    • Quickly respond to RFPs, RFIs, and amendments, making changes to required documents to ensure compliance. Will coordinate changes with technical writers/authors between drafts.



    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and SharePoint file system for proposal development
    • 3+ years of experience in proposal development, coordination, and production in the federal contracts arena
    • Experience with Shipley processes and methods
    • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and maintain quality of deliverables across multiple divisions and diverse response requirements

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience administering SharePoint web portals
    • Experience supporting the establishment and maintenance of proposal libraries
    • Proposal process training gained through best-practice professional associations
    • Active security clearance desired, but not required

    Education & Certifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
